- The cave is open during the indicated hours, even in the rain;
- Tour duration approximately 45 minutes;
- Average temperature inside the cave 18°C and humidity approximately 80-90%;
- Not recommended for people who suffer from vertigo;
- Also suitable for children: the stairs have handrails on both sides;
- The route consists of more than 250 steps, descending and then ascending: closed-toe shoes are recommended;
- There are no restrooms in the cave;
- From the parking lot opposite the restaurant, there are 140 steps (45 m elevation gain) to reach the ticket office;
- Dogs are not allowed inside the cave;
- It is recommended to arrive at the ticket office at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour;
- Tickets cannot be booked by phone;
- Entrance tickets are non-refundable.
